The bed was fairly easy to put together. My husband and I put it together in about 30 minutes or so. Each piece was labeled and contained extra screws. I love that I can store boxes and totes under the bed. My husband said that occasionally he can feel one of the slats(not really feel it, but that it dips?) when lying on the bed, but I havent. Others mentioned that the mattress slides on the slats, but I havent had that problem. Be sure to have the tabs on the frame pointed up. There are 4, one at each corner. The only down side is that we werent able to use our box springs, it made the bed too tall and the foot of the mattress was taller than the foot board. Over all I am pleased with the frame and the price was very reasonable!
