The bed took twice as long to arrive as stated when I ordered, and was absolutely useless about helping with that. The bed arrived with a bent piece - my husband managed to bend it back so we could make it work, but it was still kind of a pain. Luckily it was a piece that wont show once we have a mattress in it. We just bought it for our guest bedroom so it was a good value for that. Ill update the review later if I have further issues.
