It took no more than 10-15 minutes to put together. Has a solid feel. The cherry-like finish fits well with other simple pieces I have. It looks expensive but I thought the pricing was so good. I did need to buy some good furniture wax to improve the finish of it. My Pledge Wipes dusted it well but did not improve the smoothness of the touch or add enough sheen. I do a fair amount of DIY builds and this was among the easiest. Nice!!
