I did a lot research before purchasing and this seems the best value of all, and indeed is true. Those image of bad reviews scare me off at first but the good reviews still outnumber the bad ones, that why I give it a try. PLS follow instructions, sit on back of the chair not front edge especially if you are overweighted.

Easy to assemble, took me 25 minutes to install，most of them are screwing.
Comfortable to sit, not too soft not too hard, but if you prefer softer then I suggest you buying a sitting mat.
The extend part allows you to endtend you feet, and its really good when watching movie.
The massage is just right, not too strong or weak for me.
Cons
The back chair seems to slide down easily, need to adjust when you change position.
