Ive had this chair for a little over a year. Surprisingly, the base plate broke on me. Not sure why, but hey stuff happens. I contacted the seller and they immediately shipped me replacement parts free of charge, including instructions on how to change it. Stood behind their product, which says a lot about them as a seller.
