This item is wonderful. I had been in a car accident about four years ago. Someone hit my car in the back and sitting on hard chairs sometimes makes it uncomfortable for me. This chair gives me everything I need/want. God guided me to the perfect chair. The massaging pillow works great. I know it is a gaming chair, but I wanted something sleek and the colors (black/red) are my favorite. I was so easy to put together. A great item.
