The seat cushion gave up and now the rod below the cushion can be felt, honestly its not that comfortable anymore, looking to buy a real chair like Herman Miller as work from home isnt going away soon.

Something that will make me give the product 5 on 5 would be having a wider arm rest, assuming the chair will be used by adults and people of different build its good to have a wider arm rest... the one available feels like its straight from economy class of low cost carrier.
Not suitable if youre going to work from home!
