This chair surprised me in the quality of its fabric and sturdiness, but beware - DO NOT buy this chair if you plan on sitting for extended period of times in it (working from home, studying, etc.). Its a beautiful piece as an accent chair and momentary sitting, but I do not recommend for other use. There is minimal seat cushioning (its hard as a rock) and a piece of the frame on the back is angled so it hits right on your spine I had back pain for a week after sitting in this chair for a day. Wish it was comfier because it is a nice piece otherwise.
