All tools and parts are included for the exception of needing your own philips head screwdriver. I set it up by myself probably in 2 hours because I have a toddler glue to my hip but instructions say 1.5. Everything is labeled and instructions are simple to follow. Daughter LOVES it. Worth it thus far!
