I used other brands when my sons where young but never had a better bunk than this.. My sons are teenagers now one of them is normal weight the other is about 240 pounds/108kg and he is tall about 6.2feet, and they are using this bed since two months and it is perfect, perfect, perfect.. To assemble, it was a littel hard and took a while but the result was worth it .. I advice anyone who has kids over weight and a small space to buy this bunk.. It is perfect for a small room and excellent for over weight teenagers or in college ..
