This was exactly as described. Ill be honest, I was hesitant after the reviews about missing pieces and bed bugs, but I figured I would make my own judgement after my experience. Shipping was maybe a week, both boxes came the same day, delivered by Fed Ex. They set the boxes nearly up by our front door. Just due to the reviews about bed bugs, I waited a couple days to set up. Then once we did, it was easy. My husband and I were done in under 2 hours. The instructions were easy to follow, and we had extra pieces as opposed to missing. I cant believe how sturdy the bed is. And we arent dainty people so it definitely holds. Its been a huge blessing. We get lots of compliments on the bed. We are absolutely happy with this purchase!
