I ordered this for my mom. She loves it!! They delivered very fast. It came in two boxes. I had to email the seller when I couldnt find the wooden slats. They responded very fast. The slats were underneath the velcro fabric behind the headboard. Installation was fairly easy and instructions were accurate.
