Chair arrived sooner than estimated. The box was quite battered/torn, but the chair was undamaged. The box was VERY heavy and barely fit through the door. Product was easy to assemble (I didnt need two people) and looks very nice / no scuffs or irregularities. Its not a very soft chair, but it is very comfortable. Very pleased with my purchase.
