We ordered 4 of these chairs. They were easy to put together and they are very sturdy. We absolutely love them. Out of the 4 we ordered, one of them came without some of the bolts. I contacted customer service and they had me complete a parts request form and email it in. I have followed up twice on that email and never heard back from them. Rather then sending the chair back for one bolt, we ordered a set of 4 bolts and put it together.
