Interior straps/clips not very strong or well made
Got this first set as a gift and excited to use. We opened in april and were disappointed to find that the clips on the interior straps were crushed and not usuable on the 24 suitcase. We used it as best we could but was disappointed. We are about to buy another set as we are happy with everything else and need it for another international trip in July. Make sure you check the inside of the luggage as soon as you get it to be sure there isn't a factory defect.
