Process from ordering to receiving the couch took 5 DAYS!! I have never received furniture faster. There was only supposed to be curbside delivery but the nice delivery man brought the couch into my house. This company has awesome employees who called me to update the location of my couch, it was delivered via an enclosed box truck to protect it from the elements. This couch is smaller, so please read dimensions!! I do however have a small living room, so it fits perfectly into my apartment. The microfiber is soft and the cushions are firm. It was the perfect addition to my apartment! Couldnt be happier with my order!
