    Replacement policy of damaged parts is shady!

    Ordered 4 bar stools. They look and seat well for what we want. One of the gas lifts was scratched up. Emailed customer service and there resolution was to give me 99 off on a new one. First of all if its damaged. Replace it at no charge. Most good businesses work this way and are very successful. Going forward if I would order anything from this company and it comes damaged. Ill return it and get a refund. I will not haggle with this company on how to make it right anymore.
