Upon trying to figure out the issue customer service contacted me several times, I did return it and they offered a full refund even though the item was deemed undeliverable.
Beware that the sizing on the website is wrong. I had a very specific place to put this in my home measuring 54 inches wide this said it was 52 inches wide so I thought it would be fine. It arrived and it is actually 57 inches wide and wont fit into the space.
Wrong sizing!! But great customer service.
