A bit tough and timely to assemble. If you put a screw in wrong the first time youre stuck with a omg way board and the entire bed will not fit together but the screws are VERY hard to tighten and strip easily. So if one is stripped and inserted wrong.... well you have to pretty much force the rest together. The directions are not super clear. We made it work but that was after about four hours of assembly time
