I like them and they look very nice in my apartment
I ordered my bar stools maybe 2 weeks ago and they arrived in about 4 days from the time I placed the order. A few parts were missing, for me it was the gas mechanism. I called them about it and was told to just include it in an email and they would help me out.
I received my missing parts the next week. Although I feel they should overnight missing parts, I understand why they cant/dont.
As for the stools themselves. I like them and they look very nice in my apartment. I like how they are adjustable from bar height to just about coach level.
The only negative I have to say in regards to the product itself is the metal foot rest is uncomfortable on the feet.
I was going to take a star off for the long wait and another star for the comfort but after putting it together and using it for awhile its not that serious.
