So disappointed! First, the product came with 2 duplicated beams and missing one. My husband had to drill a hole on the opposite side of the wrong beam to make it work, no instructions provided ( we had to Google them) then the bed was dented, chipped and scratched in various visible places as seen in the pictures, it really hurts to play all this $money$ to receive a product that was Missing main parts and all cracked, dented and chipped. This is a lift bed, its so dangerous to NOT send all the correct pieces, We called furniture and no answer as they were closed.
