Very disappointed. 1 of the backs of the couch does not attach to the bottom because its damaged. I though I was doing something wrong but I have had other people try. Sometimes things are damaged, I understand that but returning it is I guess impossible. I was told we had to have the original box. I dont hold on to huge boxes in my small home. I surely hope someone can reach out to me about a reasonable way to return this item. I guess it is a good couch if it isnt broken. Seems to be very short and smallish.
The 2 damaged pieces have been replaced pretty quickly so I am HAPPY and my couch looks nice now .
