Appears to be well made. All parts fit as designed. Typical cheap hardware. Allen wrench (supplied) stripped the Allen wrench during final tightening but the threads did not strip so it didnt compromise the assembly. The design is good EXCEPT round rungs on the ladder are difficult to climb with bare feet. A larger flat step would be much better.
We chose this model because it has a sloped ladder which I think is safer.
Packaging is adequate. One part was scratched in shipping.
