We only have the sofa and the loveseat for a week to provide a real review. My complain is about the delivery guys. They brought the cartons through the garage door inside the garage but said they could not fit the sofa through the door to inside of the house. They refused to take the sofa out of the boxes to try bringing them in. My wife asked if they could try the main door to the house. They falsely told her all the doors have the same universal measurement so it would not fit there either!! By then my wife was so frustrated with their lack of cooperation that let them leave with the sofa and the loveseat in boxes in the garage. We had asked for the delivery to the second floor. it was confirmed they would do it but the end result was totally unsatisfactory.
