There are some very poor rebounders out there but this isnt one of them. Its sturdy, stable, provides plenty of bounce. W/o the bounce its essentially worthless. Great for people of all ages sizes (supposedly has a weight limit of 330 lbs). You may or may not want to install the bar / if you want something to hold on to its fine but if you want more freedom in the way you use this it can get in the way. As good as some other brands that sell for far more money.
