I bought the mini trampoline for my new gym in my new home. I had read the studies about what a great exercise rebounding on a trampoline is, so I was excited to give it a try. I saw a lot of very expensive trampolines or rebounders and I was unsure if I would enjoy it, so I was hesitant to pay big bucks, that is when I found the . It had great reviews, a great warranty and great stories about their service, plus a great price, so I bought it.
I am very happy I did. It is indeed a great workout and a ton of fun to use, much better than a treadmill for me and better on my feet and joints than just doing jumping jacks. I do supersets with jumping rope for 5/minutes, 5/minutes on the trampoline, 3/minutes on the rowing machine, 10/minutes of weight lifting, then repeat 2/4 times depending on time. Ive all those activities in the superset, the trampoline is always the exercise I like the most and the most fun. I highly suggest others to try it.
After a few months I had an issue with the trampoline, I contacted , and just as advertised, within 24 hours one of their customer service specialist contacted me and went above and beyond and fixing my issue. It was actually more like within 12 hours. And when I say the customer service specialist went above and beyond, I truly mean that. I could not be more happy with the service I received and the speed and friendliness of the interaction.
When I first had the problem I was a bit concerned that I made the wrong decision in purchasing the , but a simple email to the company changed my mind completely.
I would highly suggest anyone interested in a mini trampoline purchase this product, I think theyll be as happy as I am with the purchase.
