Where do I start? We recently decided to finally get a king size bed. Total game changer. I was ready to give up on looking for bed frames until I came upon this one! The picture was gorgeous, I loved the color, and the style was exactly what I wanted. There was a few shipping issues. (Not s fault. I purchased directly through their site.) 3 weeks later bed arrived and disappointed was an understatement. The I received is NOT the same one that they have in the picture. What I received looks like a DIY Pinterest fail. Its not the same color and the looks like a flat pancake. It isnt plush or have the defined diamond pattern like the photo that is pictured.
I will say though that their customer service was great and I was refunded for the frame. But heads up if you buy this youll receive a cheap version and not whats pictured.
