Love the chair for all the reasons mentioned in reviews. Ours arrived with some damage to the box that allowed some of the included screws to fall out somewhere in transit, as the bag holding the tools and hardware had come unsealed inside. All of the chair parts were wrapped extremely well and there was no damage to any individual piece. Customer service promptly sent replacement screws to resolve our issue. Great chair and excellent customer service!
