    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

    Still have not gotten my refund as of 6/26/22, couch was picked up by s courier Pilot. They verified it was picked up and I sent a copy of the pickup slip and had a Pilot supervisor confirm over the phone and still denies they received it!! The couch is significantly smaller than advertised. I measured it. I originally ordered the deluxe delivery which included room if your choice and assembly. Scheduling the pick up has been an utter nightmare. Pilot received a standard pickup order, said they would upgrade the order to include disassembly and pickup from the room it is in, all of this after several hours and various agents and being hung up on 4 times and today Pilot says they still have not received a response nor change request from or theyre liason. I confrrenced Pilot and an supervisor on the phone. Pilot explained what needed to be done and the supervisor says they can not upgrade it. I am livid and frustra6at this point. I do not have the tools nor the body strength to take the couch apart or carry it through my home to the back door. I will never order anything else from . To add to my dissatisfaction a refund takes 14days after the item is returned. Free return is a false advertisement by far! I now have to pay someone to come and take it apart and move it for the pickup with no packaging since they took that when they delivered it. Terrible experience, never again! Update: denied request for upgrade on pick up order sent directly from Pilot. Im a disabled vet and widow. Im not physically able to move a 112 lb sofa. Thats why I ordered the deluxe delivery initially. I will never order anything from again! Update: It has now been 16 days in dealing with this. The sofa was picked up yesterday night ad despite written communication from an supervisor stating she would issue a refund as soon as the courier picked up the item, is still refusing to issue the refund. They are stating that she should not have done that and they are not going to honor her word. Im a disabled vet on a fixed income ad this is appalling. I have are canceled my Prime membership and pending orders which included a replacement sofa. clearly has no integrity and does not vale its customers with treatment like this.
