So I really struggled with this purchase for a while given the binary nature of most reviews, people either love or hate them. I just built a home and needed seating for our theatre room and most theatre seating was going to cost me 5,00/10,000 to get 8 seats. Obviously the price on theses was the attraction (1500 for 8). I just received 4 of them and here are my thoughts and remember this is for a theatre room application, would I buy them for every day use or a family room applications, NO WAY!! But for the occasional use in a theatre room, they are fine! Are they lower end? Yes, but the price reflects that! Are they small? Kinda! I am 58 225 and they are not too small but on the smaller side vs a normal living room recliner. Are they easy to assemble? Extremely easy! Will they last? Not sure yet, but I think they will be fine for occasional use in a theater room, not for every day use though! Heck, at the price point, I can replace them 5/7 times for what a normal higher cost theater room seating would cost.
