As mentioned in other reviews (the reason I purchased) this frame is awesome. It is sturdy, made in the US, was SUPER EASY to assemble (didnt really need the instructions - took about 20 minutes), arrived quickly, and looks great unfinished. My previous platform was higher, so the storage underneath is less but still has about a foot of height (other reviews have the exact measurement).
