One of our pieces came with a large knot on it and it ended up snapping in half a couple months after we got it. responded quickly to our email and sent out a replacement part the next day. They even included extra center legs free of charge. Excellent customer service.
Overall the bed feels sturdy and well made. I love that its real wood. We bought the drawers for under bed storage and are happy with those as well.
