I saw the many reviews stating the holes dont line up or difficult to assemble. If you understand that you arent suppose to tighten the screws until you placed all the pieces then it is easy to put together. Also you have to know that the support piece between the legs is angled and has to be put right side up for the pieces to fit. The only down side to these stools is that they can be slightly uneven which is fixed with felt feet on the bottoms plus it protects your flooring.
