I never leave reviews, I'm only leaving one because I know how nerve wracking buying furniture online can be. I was so nervous about this purchase and ultimately it exceeded my expectations. I set it up in under two hours by myself as a 5 foot tall girl and the only real issue I had during assembly was getting those damn seat cushions into their respective covers. I actually ended up on the phone with both and absolutely insistent that they sent me the wrong size cushion covers. Embarrassingly enough, I gave it another shot while they had me on hold and I managed to finally fit the cushions in. I hung up on while I was still on hold because I was too ashamed to face them again (Joe the CSR, if you are reading this I am so sorry, I simply couldn't bare to admit my faults to you).
Basically what I wanted from this product was for it to come in a box that would fit up my ridiculous stairs, for it to look nice, and for it to be comfy enough that I would be able to hang out on it for extended periods of time. I personally feel that it met all my criterium. As long as you keep it clean and fluff the cushions properly it's a seriously nice looking couch. As far a comfort, while that's subjective and all, I really think this is about the comfiest thing you're going to find for a couch in a box. When I first had it set up I was a little disappointed by it's firmness and the narrowness of the seat itself, but after only 2 weeks it's already let up a bit and I have no problem laying down on it. If you're ok with the knowledge that your couch cost $300, came in a box, and isn't going to offer you a ~~luxurious experience~~ then this is the couch for you.
That's just about all I have to say on the subject! I'm currently saving up to buy the matching love seat so wish me luck!
