This cat tree is exactly what I needed! I have a tripawd cat whose about 16 lbs, and while the openings are a bit small for him he still loves shoving himself in the houses and hanging out! He fits perfectly up on top, too.
The bottom house velcros around the bottom poles and mine was a bit of a squeeze to get it on there, but I promise if you pull hard it will fit!!
When it comes, the instructions dont actually have any words but it was still not hard to figure out. But dont lump all of the thicker screws together! Theres one thats a little shorter than the rest that is used for a specific step!
This tree is very sturdy, and hardly wobbles when my boy jumps up or down from it, which is a lot to say for a 16 lbs cat. If you have a larger cat the size might not be the best, but if they dont mind shoving themselves in there this tree is perfect for a smaller space!
