Great kitty condo. My cat loves it, it was very easy to assemble only taking about 15/20 minutes. My cat loves it and loves to spend time in it. Even came with an extra ball for if/when she destroys the first and an extra wrap around cover for the bottom if/when she destroys that too. It had a strong chemical smell when it first came but that faded very fast
