These chairs are cute, and the frames seem sturdy. The quality is reflected in the price. They are comfortable to sit on for a short period of time, but the cushioning in the back rests is sub-par. You can feel that there is empty space between the foam and the solid back because it gives way as you lean into it. They are unsupportive and cause my back to ache if I sit there for long. I also dont foresee them holding up to heavy use. I bought them for an area we dont use often, and I mainly wanted something that looks nice, and for the room to look finished, so they serve my purpose. But I wouldnt recommend them for a family room or someplace where they will be heavily used, unless you are ok with replacing them in a couple of years.

The instructions show bolts and one washer for each bolt; however, there are two washers per bolt — a regular flat washer and a smaller locking washer. You need to put the smaller locking washer on the bolt first, then the regular washer before you bolt the pieces together. Not super complex, but the instructions could be clearer.
