I was a little concerned about this after reading some of the negative reviews - but I received all parts and it looks great!
1. Great packaging of all the screws and bolts shrinked wrapped on to one sheet.
2. All parts are clearly labeled and assembly is straight forward
3. Took me 3 hours, not the 1.5 hours assembly time listed
4. Huge storage space, easily fit several full duffke bags
5. I dont understand the issue with people complaining about the bent middle support rod, me (130lbs) + boyfriend (185lbs) - no issues
6. Airlifts were a little stiff first few times but works smoothly now. Sounds like previous reviews issues a little exaggerated?
