This is not a long term review as we have only just received the chairs. Please consider this initial impressions.
The chairs came disassembled, which we expected. The box was well padded on the inside with Styrofoam and the chair pieces were all separately wrapped.
The chair back came completely assembled so all I had to do was put on the seat, two front legs and the bracing between the front and back legs.
The directions were clear and concise and there was a parts list drawn to scale, so you know which is a long bolt, medium, bolt, etc
The only tools needed are an Allen wrench (supplied) and a Phillips screwdriver (not supplied).
There were no missing parts and the assembly process took about 20-30 minutes per chair. (First chair took longer because as a typical guy I did not read all the instructions before I started)
The fir and finish of the chairs was good, the wood has a niceee (oak likee) grain and the colors as represented on the computer screen matched what the chairs actually looked likee.
Again, do not know how well they will stand up to daily usage, but based on my initial impression, i think they are worth the $$.
Well Made Chairs love this color!
