The product is very well built, however it is a process to put up. It took well beyond two hours to assemble. More like four hours if you take the time to make sure the poles are straight and everything fits properly. The only complaint is that the packaging needs to be improved. It came with a few dents on the poles because they were at the bottom of the package with just a single piece of cardboard for protection. Needs some sort of padding on the bottom of the package. Other than that it looks great on our deck.
