I had recently given this Gazebo a sparkling review. I added weighted bags to each foot as reccomended by others who have similar products. The Gazebo itself motes it weighs enough to need a 2 person lift. I agree. The weighted bags added 15lbs at each leg.
We had a rain storm with 25mph winds last might and I awoke to my Gazebo crump in a heap completely knocked over. The welds didnt hold, the bolts broke in half. So it was not salvageable. So a ton on money just down the tubes. I followed all of the directions to the letter and added additional anchorage. For the tiny little wind to rip it to pieces. A 10 light string was still holding on, holding pieces together that the bolts couldnt hold.
Live and learn.
