I can admit that we were a bit hesitant to purchase this item after there were no reviews to read over, but surprisingly enough this is AWESOME! My husband installed it in just a couple of hours, and it looks and works fantastic! The water pressure that comes out of the shower head is crazy! If you want more of a rain-fall type feel, then you could always purchase a longer arm extension for the shower head. Also, it doesnt come with the valve for plumbing. You have to buy that separately.
