Okay furniture, terrible manufacturer customer service
So . First off let me say that reading reviews is crucial. I bought this because it fits exactly where I needed it to fit, I read that it was rather rickety, so I glued EVERYTHING as I put it together. I mean everything. This baby is super sturdy now.
Make sure you glue the parts on a flat level surface otherwise youll have crooked but sturdy furniture!
I did not have any broken or damaged pieces in my box.
I have the tall narrow dresser and it is quite tippy, so anyplace with children should absolutely use the included wall anchor!
HOWEVER. Its still not fully assembled because theres hardware missing. Some things arent missing, theyre just the wrong size. So out of 6 drawers, I have 4 I can use.
No prob since the customer service says they replace parts for free for 5 years!
Wrong. I emailed them with the bits I needed, they responded fairly promptly that they would ship them out via UPS and send a tracking number when shipped. except that never happened. So AGAIN I contacted them, to get basically the SAME reply. Still NO tracking number, still no replacement parts.
I am frustrated to say the least. I just want to be done with this furniture and s terrible customer service.
ETA: The glue has held and I DID get the appropriate replacement parts and have been enjoying this dresser for over a year now and it shows no real signs of wear with normal use!
