The 3 boxes are all heavy. Im a single mom with a 1 year old and it was too complicated to try and put together for me. If it isnt self explanatory from just looking at the piecesits not considered (for me) as easy assembly. It needs to be quick and essentially obvious for me to warrant putting it together on my own w/a toddler hanging all over me. I ended up hiring an assembly company to put it together (and even after charging me 175 to assemble itit still is wobbly on the chaise side); but thats not an issue with the couch.
