    Good chair but missing part - UPDATE

    I bought 2 chairs, one was missing a bottom foot rubber. Update: Changed from 3 to 5 stars. Customer service was excellent. Reach out to me and shipped out the missing foot rubbers quickly. Satisfied of the product, the price, and the service.
