After reading many other reviews, I was skeptical to buy this piece because of the quality ratings. After a lengthy search for something with similar functionality - 4 deep drawers, the center cabinet and bottom shelf, I couldn't find anything comparable at any cost. So I took a chance. True to the other reviews, mine not only came quite damaged, but it was obvious the seller tried unsuccessfully to cover up previous damage to resell it. The exchange process was very smooth. The toughest part is the box it came in was so damaged, and who has a box that size lying around, the amount of tape to reseal for return, was crazy. The replacement came quickly and while there was still a repainted scratch on the top and the paint on one leg was bubbled I kept it. I love the look and the functionality of it. Thus 3 stars. But it is a buyer beware for the quality and damage- at any cost and only a 1 star for that.
