Following is my earlier review. I did hear immediately and directly from the company. They sent me four new arm rests to replace those that were damaged! Hopefully these will hold up better than the last. But, I remain grateful to the company for quickly and efficiently working to help resolve the issue!
I bought two of these chairs less than a year ago. Faux leather is pealing off arms on both. Tried to put tape on the worse areas but didnt help. Not enough padding on the inside of the arm rests so the wood underneath is trying to pop out!
