I have had this chair for a couple of weeks nowt. Its definitely not the most comfortable office chair Ive owned, but I can work for a solid 8 hours (with breaks of course) without a problem. I gave it a 5 in support because I am a large person and I feel supported when I sit in it, and I never feel like it is going to buckle, even when I lean back all the way. I actually like this chair a lot more than I expected- plus, its stylish and looks really cute in my home office nicely.
