Assembly was easy and the chair is comfortable. Sitting upright or leaning back, I didnt think Id use the footrest but I have a few times. The thing leans really far back and with the headrest pillow it would be easy enough to doze off in. You are able to adjust the lumbar support pad where you want it, easy to just slide up or down the back of the chair. I didnt realize at the time of purchase that is has a USB cord to plug in so the thing also vibrates. That cord is rather short though so its difficult to use that feature. The padding on the armrests was the main selling point for me. Overall, I feel the chair was a great purchase.
