I dont use the chair for gaming, but I do alot of video editing. Its really comfortable, sturdy, everything works as described. I did have an issue with the box. I bought the item new and when delivered the box was all taped up and two items were missing (left arm and t frame). Everything was packaged inside so what probably happened was someone may have gone into the box to supply themselves with the two items I was missingto fulfill another order or replace something damaged. It was clear nothing in the box was used. I called the manufacturer s and they got back to me within hours. They shipped the missing parts to me promptly. I was VERY pleased with their customer service and prompt turnaround in resolving this issue. Potential buyers can rest assured that this is a quality product and the company is very responsive. Representatives were courteous as well. As seen in the picture, I was able to complete the assembly and Im very pleased with it. I recommend this to anyone looking for a new chair.
